What you’ll do

- Lead Strategic Projects: Take the helm on strategic initiatives spanning multiple countries, identifying and implementing strategies to propel user growth in LATAM.
- Product Rollouts: Collaborate with our Product teams to experiment with and deploy products across the LATAM market.
- Analytics: Dive into user acquisition and engagement data across various channels, crafting reports to present to leadership.
- Data-driven Decision Making: Harness data daily to guide your decision-making process, generating insights and recommendations.
- Stakeholder Management & Teamwork: Cultivate credibility and deliver value to local operations teams while fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams across the entire LATAM region.
