A DAY IN THE LIFE
Member of the local Purchasing team, with ongoing collaboration with the ZH and General Excellence teams, as well as with the local purchasing team and suppliers to drive excellence in the purchasing function in the country, serving as an expert in Indirect Purchasing procedures and processes.
1. Purchasing procedures and processes - Internal control
2. Implementation and administration of purchasing tools
3. Leadership of the purchasing team and other areas to ensure compliance with policies and procedures




4. Sustainability, monitoring, and consolidation of internal indicators
5. Spending analysis to identify opportunities from purchasing management in the Logistics and Negotiation domain.
Functions
- Compliance Monitoring (referencing, contracts, and tenders)
- Social Audit Monitoring
- Identification and validation of Solidarity Sourcing projects
- Support, updating, and communication of local purchasing policies
- Coordination of global campaigns (anti-corruption, data compliance, cybersecurity, MyMarket and MySourcing updates)
- Monitoring of Risk Management / Supplier Due Diligence processes
- Local support for MyMarket and MySourcing and monitoring of indicators
- Tenders for the Logistics domain.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years of experience as purchasing or financial areas.
- Bachelor degree in engineering or administration.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
