Compensation

Hourly rate: $8,500. Must be able to cover extraordinary shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

- Apply the Enfermera de Cabecera model in the care of hospitalized patients in rehabilitation and UCE rooms.
- Lead and supervise the nursing team.
- Plan stages of care according to user and family needs.
- Coordinate diagnostic and therapeutic exams.
- Create nursing care plans.
- Diagnose intervention needs.
- Provide comprehensive care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Monitor the individual care plan.
- Participate in the integral educational plan.
- Apply and supervise institutional protocols, maintaining quality standards.
- Apply IAAS norms.
- Follow institutional instructions, including administrative probity.
- Respect the law of rights and duties of patients.




- Carry out procedures according to IAAS norms and institutional protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

- Registered nursing degree, registered with the Superintendencia de Salud.
- Valid hepatitis B vaccination.
- Desirable: current RCP and IAAS courses; experience with mechanical ventilation.
- Public or private sector experience of at least one year.

General Requirements

- No incapacity under article 54 of Law No. 18.575.
- Must have contracts or bonds of at least 200 UTM with the Service.
- No pending litigation with the Service unless it concerns personal rights.
- No holder of high‑level positions with bonds >200 UTM or pending litigation.
- No conflict of interest with officials up to the position of Department Head.
- No concurrent private activities interfering with job duties, except teaching up to 12 hours per week.
- No criminal conviction.

Selection Process

- Curriculum review: evaluates education, training, and experience.
- Psychological assessment.
- Integral appreciation interview.
