We’re Looking for

Coach – Supervisores for Rancagua who can unite digital and physical worlds. Minimum of one year of experience. We invite you to join a diverse group of individuals who are flexible, spontaneous, organized, methodical, chaotic, vocal, or quiet – all qualities are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise, motivate, and support all human resources in commercial spaces representing the brands in our portfolio.
- Work both on site and remotely.




- Handle onboarding of promoters into retail, including documentation and enrollment prior to entry.
- Conduct induction for new promoters beginning a campaign.
- Provide support during campaign periods.

Qualifications

- Experience in customer service.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and enjoys teamwork.
- Detail oriented.
- Passionate about innovation and technology.
- Social, inclusive, and ethical.
- Efficient organizer of time in a dynamic industry.
- Proficient in sales environment.
- Immediate availability and willingness to work varied hours.
- Can work in Rancagua with daily liquid salary.

Compensation

Daily net salary. Adaptable hours in Rancagua.
