Procurement Manager for Critical Infrastructure & Data Center Project (On-site) – Santiago Metropolitan Area, Chile

Your mission: As Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for managing procurement and supply chain activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials and alignment with project requirements.

Responsibilities

- Manage all procurement and supply chain activities for the project, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, and selection processes in alignment with project needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.




- Coordinate with project teams to ensure procurement activities align with project schedules and technical requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance and manage risks related to supply chain and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and company procurement policies.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management in Chile or LATAM.
- At least 5–7 years of direct experience in large‑scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Experience working in complex, multidisciplinary project environments.
- Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory).
- Ability to work on‑site in a dynamic project environment.
