What will you be doing?

- Take full ownership of significant components or services, driving them from design to production with minimal direction.
- Be a go‑to expert in one area of the codebase while maintaining awareness of system‑wide architecture.
- Plan and execute major assignments or multiple concurrent projects, balancing pace, quality, and long‑term maintainability.
- Serve as a technical contact on cross‑functional projects, coordinating with product, design, and other teams.
- Mentor and uplift the team through code reviews, documentation, guidance, and technical leadership on project delivery.
- Make others better by offering thoughtful technical feedback, contributing to standards, and championing best practices.

What skills & experience do you need?

- Advanced expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript with strong experience building scalable backend services using Node.js.
- Strong proficiency with frontend frameworks such as React and modern web development patterns.
- Experience with scalable cloud infrastructure and AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, RDS), CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, modern database systems (SQL or NoSQL),



and distributed system challenges.
- Ability to make thoughtful tradeoffs between performance, reliability, and speed of delivery.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional partners.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide others technically.
- Experience with GraphQL, API integrations, feature flagging systems, or server‑side rendering frameworks.
