The Role

You will be the go-to expert for providing top‑of‑the‑line technical solutions throughout the entire solution lifecycle. Your responsibilities include:

- Creating local and wide‑area network solutions that utilize multiple platforms and protocols to support customers’ business needs.
- Troubleshooting network issues and coordinating with vendors to install the latest hardware and software, including routers and switches.
- Working on project implementation, conducting project planning and cost analysis, and building proof‑of‑concept solutions.
- Reviewing project requirements, communicating them accurately to the team, and ensuring they are appropriately fulfilled.
- Designing and implementing network solutions, including IP and VOIP, that address customer requirements.
- Providing high‑quality technical solutions to prepare customers for implementation, go‑live, and maintenance.

In this role, you will apply your expertise to design and implement local and wide‑area network solutions, including IP and VOIP, that address customer requirements and provide outstanding customer service.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise





- More than 4 years of experience focused on network support, configuration and implementation, including cloud networking technologies.
- At least 4 years of experience in core switching, routing, MPLS and firewalls.
- Hands‑on experience implementing networking projects, including LAN, WAN, cloud networking and firewalls, focusing on project execution.
- Networking and security architecture and engineering support experience across local, regional and integral domains.
- Advanced knowledge of Linux/Unix is a plus.
- Ability to interact with clients and present technical solutions, and experience executing multiple IT projects and meeting deadlines with limited supervision.
- Application‑Centric Infrastructure (ACI) deployment and data center experience.
- Experience with designing and implementing Software‑Defined Network (SDN) and large complex networks.
- Experience with protocols and technologies such as BDP, OSPF, MP‑FBP EVPN, VXLAN or VPC.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Certifications are not mandatory, but relevant experience is sought.
