Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of duties including servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and removing equipment.
- Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements in accordance with specific customer specifications.
- Manage technical products, services, logistics, provisioning, quantity surveying, and configurations for assigned customers.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and issues and recommend actions to company or customer representatives.
- Assess product needs in accordance with customer specifications.
- Act as local on‑site UTC representative to the customer's organization.
- Manage statement of work to meet customer and contract requirements.
