We are searching for the best talent for a Scrum Master Lead to be located in Santiago, Chile.

Purpose

The Scrum Master Lead will work in a cross‑country environment supporting the Cluster Commercial Team, and will implement new Agile ways of working in the Medical Devices Commercial teams. The role involves coaching and partnering with Product Owners and SQUAD members to deliver solutions that align with external client strategy, ensuring value journeys that ultimately support the right offerings, methodology, and customer reach.

Responsibilities

- Drive the Agile process and ceremonies, and facilitate continuous improvement for commercial SQUADs.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog management and guide the team while maintaining healthy team dynamics regarding priorities and scope.
- Remove impediments within the organization to sustain the SQUAD team’s pace.
- Develop people through coaching and foster a positive work environment.
- Promote collaboration among multifunctional team members, gathering diverse viewpoints to structure robust, self‑organized solutions.




- Help the team improve and take responsibility for their actions; facilitate the team retrospective.
- Act as a “transformation agent,” serving as the Agile methodology reference for JnJ and strengthening team capabilities.

Qualifications

- Education level required: BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Information Technology, or a similar field. MBA or equivalent is desirable.
- 3–5 years of experience as PMO, Scrum, commercial, or supply chain professional.
- Proficiency in project management and Agile methodology, including coordinating timelines, activities, and reporting progress.
- Strong communication skills and facilitation abilities, with the capacity to connect and interact across company levels.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and communication capabilities, working with agility to maintain daily execution cadence.
- Previous experience as Scrum Master with proven knowledge of Scrum and other Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe) is desirable.
- Knowledge of the Medical Devices Business is desirable.
- Advanced English is mandatory.
