Responsibilities

- Communicate efficiently and effectively with customers.
- Own customer communications and issues from initial contact until resolution.
- Resolve technical problems on a daily basis while ensuring a great customer experience.
- Synthesize customer feedback and offer informed opinions to the development team.
- Resolve issues raised within SLA and prevent future problems.
- Learn, document, and share knowledge with others.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field.




- Strong data analysis, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
- Outstanding communication skills in English; certification not required.
