OverviewAmazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our Public Sector team in Chile.In this highly visible position, the CSM helps key customers realize sustained business value by accelerating their cloud transformation journey.The AWS Public Sector team empowers government agencies, educational institutions, health providers and nonprofits to accelerate their missions through cloud technology.This specialized team helps public sector organizations modernize IT infrastructure, enhance citizen services, and drive innovation while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an AWS Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) you will be responsible for helping guide key AWS Public Sector customers along their multi-year journey to the cloud and ensuring that all AWS teams work together effectively and efficiently to deliver outcomes for the customer.You will be a critical partner to our customers, leveraging your experience with large-scale cloud transformations and helping shepherd them through their stages of AWS adoption, guiding the customer through the operational, educational and governance aspects of a successful AWS cloud journey.You will interface with customer and AWS leadership, driving collaboration between the core account groups (Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture and Professional Services), product/engineering teams, and customer teams, planning and supporting major workload migrations.You are encouraged to think big, invent and take ownership on customer challenges.You will not only bring the best of AWS to our customers but also proactively help solve the customer’s challenges through new ideas,
tools and mechanisms.Day in the LifeDay-to-day, you will balance your time between directly engaging with customers, partners, internal AWS teams and services to help our customers on their journey in the AWS Cloud.You will work across AWS to apply your technical, business, and program management expertise to solve some of the most complex and challenging technology problems for our customers.Working backwards from the customer, you may define opportunities that are strategic to the customer’s cloud journey, including large-scale migrations, data analytics, digital transformation, innovation, business agility and other strategic initiatives.Basic Qualifications5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experienceExperience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels3+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experienceExperience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teamsPreferred QualificationsAWS or other cloud certificationKnowledge of the software development/engineering lifecycle from conception to delivery or IT lifecycleExperience coordinating between project teams and customers to meet unique customer requirementsPMP or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certificationRequired Skill ProfessionOther General#J-18808-Ljbffr
