ABOUT THIS ROLE

Join our team as a Transaction Monitoring Specialist! You will analyze transactions in real-time, identify unusual or high-risk activity, ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations, support due diligence processes, and maintain proactive communication with clients. Be part of a dynamic team that safeguards financial integrity and helps prevent fraud.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for conducting real-time transactional analysis via phone or other channels.

Validate the purpose and legitimacy of any transaction that appears unusual or high-risk according to the customer’s activity and profile.

Process transactions that comply with internal guidelines, local regulations, and Ria policies.

Escalate general reports on trends of potential consumer fraud cases and unusual activities related to money laundering and terrorism financing.

Perform risk analysis on transactions received by the TRG team.

Maintain constant contact with clients through incoming and outgoing calls.

Support due diligence procedures (DD and EDD)

Perform other activities necessary for the role.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

- AML/CFT/FP and fraud prevention knowledge.

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to multitask effectively.

Capacity to work collaboratively with other teams.

Experience in customer service across multiple channels, including phone.

Language skills are a plus.
