**Your Tasks**:
She/He is committed to enhancing the efficiency of the company’s executive management and staff. This is achieved by providing extensive administrative and logístical support. The role involves a broad spectrum of responsibilities, but not limited to, assisting in compliance audits, performing secretarial tasks, facilitating communication, and planning events. Through these diverse functions, she/he strives to make a significant contribution to the smooth operations of the executive management.
**Your Profile**:
**Level of education and/or experience required for the position**:
- Bachelor's degree (administrative, Auditor accountant or other)
or equivalent by experience.
- Equivalent experience of minimum 3 to 5 years
**Technical (including language) and behavioral skills required for the position**:
- Knowledge of MS Office 365
- Knowledge of English and German as desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
