The Junior Human Resources Analyst's main objective will be to support the efficient management of Human Resources processes, as well as to provide administrative support to the department.
Main responsibilities
- Support the implementation and administration of HR processes.
- Provide support in Compensation and Document Management.
- Manage the Expatriate Management process.
- Create and maintain the department's SharePoint for the storage of confidential information.
- Develop and maintain the digital and physical personnel file system.
- Provide administrative support for the coordination of interviews, medical examinations, severance agreements, and notarial procedures.
- Perform HR data analysis to support decision-making.
- Prepare reports and presentations with metrics for the area.
- Participate in special Human Resources projects.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee information.
Requisitos
Requirements
- Education: University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Business Management.
- Postgraduate studies or certifications in HR are valued.
- Language: Advanced English (required).
- Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in similar positions; recent graduates are welcome.
- Knowledge: Labor legislation and compensation, HR software management, and data analysis tools. Knowledge of BUK is desirable.
- Skills: Organization, responsibility, planning, flexibility, teamwork, handling confidential information, and adaptability to work with multicultural teams.
