Applications are invited for a Consultant Haematologist who has a specialist interest in Acute Leukaemia and myeloid disorders.The main responsibilities of this post would be to provide an attending service to haemato‑oncology inpatients (Acute leukaemia and myeloid disorders) in the QEUH and support outpatient services in the myeloid clinic and within the haematology day unit at the New Victoria Hospital. The post holder would be expected to provide out of hours cover for all haemato‑oncology acute presentations and general haematology emergences, as well as inpatients in 4C Haematology. The post holder will provide support to the laboratory service at QEUH and providing diagnostic reporting and advice.You should be appropriately experienced and qualified in the specialty, fully registered with the GMC and have a licence to practice.
