? Your Mission

As a Senior Planning Engineer, you will report directly to the Planning Manager and play a key role in defining and maintaining project schedules. You’ll coordinate construction sequences,



align team objectives, and track progress to keep projects on course — from energy plants to transmission substations.

?️ Main Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee project planning strategies to ensure effective resource and time allocation.
- Create and manage detailed schedules, identifying key milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize tasks and align objectives.
- Conduct gap analyses and recommend corrective actions to keep the project on track.
- Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to senior management and project stakeholders.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and project management tools.
- Ensure compliance with execution standards in EPC, civil works, electrical infrastructure, and contract management.
