Core Responsibilities

Lead the planning and optimization of operations aligned with business objectives. Ensure a superior experience for riders, drivers, fleets, and corporate clients. Direct the strategy and execution of Customer Support, guaranteeing high service levels and retention. Drive the use of data, automation, and artificial intelligence to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. 8 years of experience in Operations and/or Customer Experience, preferably in marketplaces, on-demand platforms, e-commerce, or hypergrowth environments. Proven track record in building and optimizing high-impact operational processes.

Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams.
