Hazelnut Company Chile - Plant Performance & Projects LeadAbout the RoleWe are currently seeking a Plant Performance & Projects Lead to join our Hazelnut Company Chile team.
In this role, you will drive plant performance improvement by leading the implementation and promotion of the Ferrero Operational Excellence Program and Smart Factory initiatives.
Working closely with Plant Managers, you will also oversee cross-functional projects, support budget planning and tracking, and foster collaboration across departments to ensure the effective execution of operational priorities.Main ResponsibilitiesAct as a key change agent to drive the rollout of Ferrero Operational Excellence, fostering a continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing cultureDefine and execute Operational Excellence initiatives and training plans in collaboration with plant stakeholdersCoach and empower teams on methodologies through a train-the-trainer approach, ensuring ownership and capability buildingMonitor, consolidate, and report progress on Operational Excellence initiativesLead the deployment of Smart Factory initiatives,



ensuring effective local executionTrack performance and progress, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational objectivesSupport the development of the Plant Master Plan by consolidating inputs from all departmentsMonitor execution of Master Plan initiatives and report progress to plant leadershipLead the plant budget planning process and coordinate monthly financial closure and follow-upQualificationsYou hold a Degree in Engineering or a related field, along with solid, proven experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and project management within industrial environments.You are a strong communicator and fluent in both Spanish and English, essential to effectively collaborate across functions and drive initiatives.
