On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for: Service Manager – BESS / Solar PV
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate service activities for BESS and Solar PV projects, including execution, commissioning, and post-sales support.
Manage and oversee Service Request (SR) tickets, ensuring timely resolution aligned with customer requirements and SLAs.
Supervise on-site activities such as installation oversight, cold & hot commissioning, system integration, troubleshooting, and final acceptance.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects according to established processes, quality standards, and timelines.
Conduct site audits for BESS and Solar plant locations and ensure compliance with technical and safety requirements.
Prepare and review site audit reports, commissioning reports, and service documentation.
Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions and operational issues, acting as the main technical escalation point for clients.
Maintain strong relationships with customers,



ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.
Work Experience and Knowledge:
English proficiency: Intermediate–Advanced (mandatory)
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in power generation, renewable energy, or related service roles.
Solid knowledge of BESS and/or Solar PV systems (commissioning, O&M;, troubleshooting).
Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Experience working directly with clients and managing service expectations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
Working Location: Santiago, Chile
