Grafton Recruitment is looking for a Service Specialist for an important company in the Industrial sector located in Santiago.As a Service Specialist you will be responsible for leading and supervising all aspects of the technical service area.Main responsibilities:
-Responsible for remote or in-person service support, including technical deliveries and advice to the distributor.
-Coordinate the relationship between distributor and factory, tracking sales reports and auditing the guarantees and problems associated with them.
-Check availability of spare parts, entering queries related to spare parts to the ERP.
-Relation with distributor, clients, and key accounts.
-Communication with factory, among other interlocutors.
-Manage and supervise team of service technicians, ensuring they are equipped with necessary resources to provide quality service and meet established deadlines.
-Coordinate and schedule service team activities to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
-Analyze and solve complex technical problems,



providing effective and lasting solutions to our clients.
-Maintain proactive communication with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met.
-Collaborate closely with sales and production departments to provide integral service and maximize customer satisfaction.
-Participate in design and implementation of technical service strategies, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.Requirements:

-Graduated in Mechanical Engineering
-At least 5 or 10 years of experience in technical service
-Experience in service workshops, handling engines, transmission systems or hydraulic systems, handling and managing service manuals.
-Experience in machinery, agricultural, industrial and/or truck companies.
-English advanced
