Description:

We are looking for a Document Controls Engineer that will be responsible for the correct and accurate storage, retrieval and communication of all engineering technical records and documentation within the site registry.

Key Responsibilities:




- Responsible for the accurate storage and retrieval of all engineering technical records and GMP forms, certificates, and paper records.
- Manage the engineering registry to allow accurate and easy retrieval of information for the engineering and capital project team.
- Ability to locate information in a timely manner and accurately is a key function of the role
- Manage a site electronic document management system.
- Reproduction of information into both printed and electronic format for communication to the engineering team, site team or third-party contractors.
- Issue all transmittals to 3rd parties.
- Receive and collect all project correspondence and communication from contractors and vendors to the Engineering and Capital Project Teams.
- Manages the project related documentation to ensure proper version control in the document management system. Ensures project documentation is compliant with company policy, including format, receipt, registration, number, filing, r
