About the Role

As a Growth Engineer, you will help developers succeed faster by shipping measurable improvements across multiple growth surfaces, including SDKs, documentation, onboarding flows, dashboards, backend services, and lifecycle communications. You will work in a fast-moving, outcome-driven environment that values experimentation, craftsmanship, and learning in public





Responsibilities:
- Ship growth experiments across multiple surfaces, including SDKs, documentation/quickstarts, dashboards, backend services, and email/CRM.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, design, and marketing to improve the developer experience.
- Operate across the full stack, working with: Next.js and JavaScript/TypeScript, Go services backed by Postgres, BigQuery and PostHog for analytics and feature flagging.
- Define clear hypotheses and success metrics for each experiment.
- Instrument, launch, and monitor experiments behind feature flags.
- Analyze results and share clear read-outs with stakeholders.

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- 1–2+ years running growth experiments in a PLG/SaaS environment (developer tools experience preferred).
- Full-stack fluency with professional experience in JavaScript/TypeScript (Next.js), Go, S
