Grafton Group Recruitment division is looking for a Back Office Manager.

Main functions:
-Controlling the management of BackOffice related contracts
-Define strategies and take all necessary plans and actions to ensure the stable operation and continuity of the backoffice system(hardwares and softwares), to achieve company goals related to the BackOffice
-Collaborate in the development, review and definition of the debt collection and debt reduction plan
-Define and control each year's budget for BackOffice Management
-Define and design the necessary indicators to control the correct operation of all processes related to the BackOffice in the 3 levels of known technologies of the industrial model of electronic tolling of highway concession of Chile.
-Monitor and supervise the work performed by suppliers in all BackOffice processes.

Requeriment:
Candidate must have similar experience in Chile highway concession.
The english skills will be a plus
