Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified healthcare professionals from Singapore and Chile for various roles within the USA.
- Utilize your existing database and networks to identify top candidates.
- Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to ensure candidate fit for specific healthcare positions.
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate outreach, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
- Collaborate with our internal team to understand client needs and deliver top-quality talent.

Requirements:




- Proven experience as a healthcare recruiter, preferably within the US market.
- Strong network and database of healthcare professionals.
- Experience sourcing candidates from international locations, specifically Singapore and Chile.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in healthcare recruitment (e.g., CHCR, RACR).
