Our client’s Microsoft Business Solutions team is a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in Microsoft software implementations for medium to large organisations, providing their clients with the ability to keep up with the ever-changing digital world by implementing Microsoft’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Engagement (CE) software from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) software line.


Role Overview

The Functional Solution Architect is a core team member of our client’s customer delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 centered solutions. The Functional Solution Architect should have extensive experience across all phases of enterprise Dynamics CE projects. A demonstrable history of consultancy experience is a must as this role will entail continuous interaction with clients, managing onshore consultants, working alongside both onshore and offshore development teams. This role will also require a level of presales activities focused on Dynamics CE functionality, Power Platform, and the wider Microsoft platform.



You will also contribute to proposal development and provide input in business development whilst leading and mentoring more junior staff.

This role is an important element of our client’s delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE projects. It is a dynamic and exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing business area within an established and market-leading integral Big 4 firm.

Requirements
- Extensive experience as a CRM Consultant with largescale complex implementations, deep knowledge of technical capabilities of Dynamics 365, including appropriate certification. Must be able to show good knowledge of practices for Dynamics 365
- Deep understanding of Azure and cloud technologies, .Net development and PowerBI
- Deeper understanding of the broader Microsof
