The Role

Our client is establishing a new Data Operations team in Santiago, Chile, to revolutionise their data approach. As a Data Operations Manager, you will be a pivotal part of this initiative.



You'll oversee a specific product vertical and guide a team of skilled entry-level roles, dedicated to ensuring high-quality and efficient data processing, and be expected to help them constantly iterate and improve. To achieve that, you will be expected to work on the development and implementation of our client's growing data operations workflows.Our client is currently hiring a Data Operations Manager for each of the following product verticals:News: Providing fast, reliable news on all Leveraged Finance companies isn’t easy. We’ve developed our own tech infrastructure to find and publish any information clients might want to know.You will be expected to be a player-coach, managing Data Operations Associates who will need to:
- Learn how to understand and navigate HTML, and use our client's in-house technology to automate publishing
- Monitor and review articles picked up by our in-house news aggregator, identifying price-sensit
