The Opportunity
As a Sr. Team Leader for our Consulting Americas Team, you will play a central role in driving client success and leading high-performing teams. You will act as a strategic bridge between global clients and industry experts,



working in close collaboration with our US-based colleagues to drive business growth.
Beyond project execution, you will be a true people leader: managing day-to-day team operations, optimizing resource allocation, aligning team performance with OKRs, and mentoring talent to support their career progression.

What You Will Do
? Expert Sourcing & Delivery
Take ownership of securing top-tier industry experts for our most strategic clients, ensuring full adherence to our Master Process.
Focus on custom recruitment and conducting rigorous screening to deliver high-quality insights that precisely match client needs.
Cultivate lasting relationships with experts, managing their scheduling and proactively negotiating honorariums to optimize Gross Margin (GM).
Uphold strict compliance standards across all sourcing activities.

Lead, develop, and manage a team of Associates, driving performance against key business metrics, quality standard
