As a TikTok Shop Specialist, you will play a key role in driving affiliate growth and maximizing marketplace performance across TikTok Shop. This position combines creator partnerships, performance analysis, and campaign optimization to help scale sales through high-impact affiliate strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote, fast-paced environment that values innovation, ownership, and continuous learning. The role offers the opportunity to work with creators, optimize live shopping initiatives, and contribute directly to business growth while developing your expertise in one of the fastest-growing e-commerce channels.

Accountabilities
- Develop and execute affiliate growth strategies for assigned TikTok Shop accounts to increase marketplace performance.
- Source, recruit, and manage high-quality creators through affiliate platforms, direct outreach, and creator communities.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates while supporting communication across channels such as Discord and WhatsApp.
- Recommend commission structures, promotional bundles, and incentive programs that encourage creator engagement and sales.
- Coordinate creative briefs, content expectations, and publishing schedules with affiliate creators.
- Manage TikTok Shop Live initiatives and identify opportunities to expand live commerce performance.
- Monitor campaign and creator performance, identify successful content formats, and scale winning strategies.
- Analyze underperforming campaigns, implement optimization plans, and share actionable performance insights with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, media buying, design, and marketplace teams to achieve business objectives.
- Support additional marketplace and affiliate-related initiatives as required.
