Accountabilities:

As a Talent Acquisition Lead,



you will oversee a recruiter pod while remaining actively involved in delivering critical hiring initiatives. You will provide leadership, coaching, and operational direction to ensure recruiting teams perform effectively while maintaining high standards across the entire candidate journey.
- Take ownership of a recruiting pod by ensuring team focus, productivity, prioritization, and successful delivery against hiring goals.
- Balance people leadership responsibilities with hands-on recruiting execution, managing complex and senior searches directly.
- Translate broader talent acquisition objectives into clear priorities, expectations, and actionable goals for team members.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings focused on performance, development, pipeline health, and career growth.
- Review and improve recruiting practices across sourcing, outreach, candidate engagement, interview processes, and stakeholder communication.
