At Dreame Technology, we're looking for a hands-on and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to lead local brand growth, PR communications,Responsible for local retail-related work and integrated marketing initiatives in the Chile market.
In this role, you will work closely with the Retail Manager, sales team, and HQ to execute impactful marketing campaigns, strengthen Dreame's brand presence, and support retail business growth through effective in-store marketing and sell-out initiatives.

What You'll Do
Lead and execute local marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand activation initiatives.
Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives and local market opportunities.
Drive PR communications and increase Dreame's brand awareness and visibility in Chile.




Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, agencies, and strategic partners.
Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns with retail and channel partners.
Work closely with the Retail Manager to support retail marketing initiatives, in-store activations, merchandising, promoter programs, and sell-out campaigns.
Provide marketing support for key retail accounts to enhance brand visibility, customer experience, and retail performance.
Collaborate with HQ and cross-functional teams to localize integral marketing strategies and ensure consistent brand execution.
Monitor market trends, consumer insights, competitors, retail performance, and campaign effectiveness to continuously optimize marketing activities.
Manage marketing budgets and evaluate ROI to maximize campaign efficiency and business impact.
