What will you be doing here?

En Natura & Avon nos mueve el cuidado, y la seguridad de nuestros equipos es la
prioridad número uno. En este rol, serás el/la líder responsable de diseñar,
implementar y mantener nuestro Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el
Trabajo. Tu misión principal será garantizar el cumplimiento estricto del marco
regulatorio chileno vigente (operando en nuestro Centro de Distribución y áreas
de Retail) y, sobre todo, transformar la seguridad en un hábito, promoviendo una
cultura organizacional orientada al autocuidado y la mejora continua.





What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

* GESTIÓN NORMATIVA Y LEGAL: ASEGURAR Y FISCALIZAR EL CUMPLIMIENTO IRRESTRICTO
DE LA LEGISLACIÓN CHILENA VIGENTE (LEY 16.744, DS 40 Y DS 594) PARA
GARANTIZAR ESPACIOS DE TRABAJO SEGUROS Y REGULADOS.

* EVALUACIÓN DE RIESGOS: LIDERAR, CONFECCIONAR Y MANTENER ACTUALIZADA LA MATRIZ
MIPER EN TODAS LAS ÁREAS DE LA COMPAÑÍA, ANTICIPÁNDOTE A LOS PELIGROS
POTENCIALES.

* RELACIÓN CON ORGANISMOS Y FISCALIZADORES: ACTUAR COMO EL NEXO PRINCIPAL ANTE
LA MUTUALIDAD Y COORDINAR DE FORMA ESTRATÉGICA LAS AUDITORÍAS O
FISCALIZACIONES DE ENTIDADES COMO LA SEREMI DE SALUD, DIRECCIÓN DEL TRABAJO
(DT) Y SUSESO.

* LIDERAZGO DE COMITÉS Y SINDICATOS: ASESORAR TÉCNICAMENTE AL COMITÉ PARITARIO
DE HIGIENE Y SEGURIDAD (CPHS) Y MANTENER CANALES DE COMUNICACIÓN FLUIDOS Y
COLABORATIVOS CON LAS REPRESENTACIONES SINDICALES.

* INVESTIGACIÓN Y MEJORA CONTINUA: DIRIGIR LOS ANÁLISIS DE ACCIDENTES E
INCIDENTES UTILIZA
