Consultancy for programmatic and substantive support in the implementation and follow-up of ECLAC Production, Productivity and Management Division’s work on science, technology, and innovation at UN. Grade: CO-N. Location: Santiago, Chile. Application deadline: 16 July 2026.

Responsibilities

- Assists in the organization and implementation of expert group meetings, policy dialogues, seminars, regional workshops, and other events related to science, technology and innovation, technology extension, and entrepreneurship policies.
- Provides substantive support to intergovernmental processes, including the Conference on Science, Innovation and ICT of ECLAC.
- Prepares background documents and reports, supports the organization of panels and prepares summary reports of meetings.
- Contributes to analytical work and knowledge generation on productive development policies, innovation policies and technology extension services in Latin America and the Caribbean.
