Position
Project Leader – Diagnostics Division (DIA).
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate implementation of medium and large-scale diagnostic systems.
- Co‑design strategy: validate technical and economic proposals with Commercial, Strategy, and Technical Service teams.
- Optimize resources: manage time, cost and budget in collaboration with Service KAMs and line leaders.
- Ensure supply chain: monitor procurement of instruments, reagents and spare parts with Imports area.
- Mitigate risks: design and execute contingency plans for schedule deviations.
- Communicate and control: track project progress, report status to internal and external clients, update KPIs.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Health areas (Medical Technology, Biochemistry, Biomedical or related), or Engineering (Civil, Electronics, Industrial or related).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical laboratories, client management and project implementation in the health sector.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects, ideally with PMI methodology or agile frameworks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Monday.com or similar data analytics and project management platforms.
- Intermediate English (technical reading and operational communication).
- Soft skills: customer orientation, autonomy, negotiation and adaptability to the VACC leadership model (Visionary, Architect, Coach, Catalyst).
