The team provides caseload care for approximately 115 women per year, delivering high‑quality, woman‑centred care within both clinic and home settings.The post holder will undertake a range of duties including running satellite clinics and providing antenatal and postnatal care in the community. There may be occasions where the post holder is required to work flexibly across other Inner Moray Firth community midwifery teams,



in line with service needs.The Successful Candidate Will DemonstrateA adaptable and adaptable approach to workThe ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary teamGood organisational and time management skillsA commitment to providing safe, high‑quality, woman‑centred carePrevious community midwifery experience is desirable but not essential.
