We’re hiring a Manager of Community Operations (Community Manager) within the East Valley region. Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships through professional client, resident, vendor, and ownership interactions. Experience supporting capital improvement projects and property initiatives. Commitment to resident satisfaction, property preservation, and maintaining high community standards.BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experienceFinancial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience using Resman, Yardi, or similar platforms is especially desirableA basic understanding of written and verbal EnglishIn This Role You WillMeet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the assetCoach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planningOversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes.Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.Mark-Taylor is an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace.
