What You’ll Do Execute daily spot and forward FX trades for regional and global markets Manage currency flows and exposure across Latin America Partner with our Revenue Management team to provide FX insights and guidance Negotiate FX rates with partners and build strong institutional relationships Perform market research and currency analysis to support trading strategies Develop and implement short- and long-term hedging strategies Produce daily reports on FX positions, trades,



and market trends What You Bring 3+ years of hands-on FX trading experience (spot, forward, hedging strategies, etc.) Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish Strong analytical and quantitative skills High adaptability with flexible working hours when needed Familiarity with Bloomberg, trading platforms, and Microsoft Office 365 Clear, confident communication with both internal stakeholders and external partners Detail-oriented, efficient, and proactive in a fast-paced environment Preferred Background We're open to diverse academic paths — what matters most is your trading mindset and analytical rigor.
