AWS is seeking a Senior Leader for the Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) team. This group engages directly with customers and helps them identify and realize the strategic and economic benefits of cloud adoption. This role focuses on accelerating the customer cloud journey, delivering frictionless migrations, and ensuring customers capture the full potential and sustainable business advantages of migrating to the AWS cloud.
Responsibilities
- Owns and drives execution excellence for the end‑to‑end customer engagement, coordinating multidisciplinary teams including sales, solution architecture, support, product, professional services, and partners.
- Defines strategic roadmaps, captures the customer journey in a structured program,



and aligns resources to achieve business and technology success criteria.
- Provides risk assessment, anticipates bottlenecks, manages critical issues, balances trade‑offs, and encourages risk‑taking to maximize business value.
- Reports on program status and future partnership opportunities in internal and customer‑facing meetings, resolves or escalates issues proactively, and drives collaborative but clear task ownership.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of formal leadership experience in large IT organizations, leading complex, large‑scale IT or technical/engineering programs and projects.
- Written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English, with demonstrated ability to influence C‑Suite/VP leaders.
- Technical acumen, program management, organizational change management, and communication skills to engage customer leaders and define success criteria.
- Certification and experience as a Scrum Master
