The Grange School is seeking a visionary Head of Digital Learning Strategy to lead the next stage of our digital transformation journey. Role & Impact

- Provide strategic leadership across Digital Learning, Educational Technology, and IT innovation throughout the School.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to design and implement a future-ready digital strategy aligned with the School’s educational vision and priorities.
- Lead the development of a clear AI strategy and governance framework, ensuring the ethical, safe, and effective use of AI in education.
- Support staff in integrating digital learning and educational technology across the curriculum, building confidence and capability.
- Drive measurable improvements in teaching, learning, and staff confidence through the purposeful use of technology.
- Work closely with pastoral care to promote e-safety, digital citizenship, and responsible online behaviour.




- Provide strategic oversight of cybersecurity measures, safeguarding school data, systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities to support continuous improvement and innovation across the School.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Proven track record in leading digital transformation within an educational setting. Experience in Latin America is desirable.
- Strong understanding of AI strategy and governance, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and digital learning.
- Ability to inspire teams and work collaboratively across functions to foster a culture of digital innovation.
- Forward-thinking mindset with a focus on measurable impact and continuous improvement.
