The Opportunity

SKIDATA Chile is seeking an After Sales Coordinator – Customer Service to manage the end‑to‑end commercial process for spare parts, consumables, and related products supporting operational installations. This role is critical to delivering a high‑standard customer experience while supporting sales growth and efficient logistical execution. The idóneo candidate combines strong commercial skills, customer focus, and coordination abilities to ensure a seamless after‑sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Management

- Maintain a strong understanding of the SKIDATA product portfolio and pricing strategies by customer and market
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations that support business growth and achievement of sales targets
- Apply pricing according to established commercial strategies

Logistics Coordination

- Coordinate closely with the logistics team to ensure on‑time and accurate delivery of products, successfully closing the commercial cycle
- Support demand forecasting and contribute to supply planning for products and consumables
- Monitor and follow up on product dispatches

Customer Management

- Accompany customers throughout the entire commercial process,



resolving questions and ensuring excellent customer service (NPS‑focused)
- Act as the voice of the customer, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests across the full after‑sales lifecycle

Key Activities

- Manage product and consumable sales requests using the ServiceNow (SNOW) platform and its interface with logistics
- Follow up on deliveries and coordinate issue resolution when needed
- Support promotional initiatives and commercial actions to drive sales

Qualifications & Experience

Education

- Industrial Engineering (Bachelor’s or equivalent)
- Commercial Engineer / Business Engineering (Bachelor’s or equivalent)

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in after‑sales, customer service, commercial operations, or logistics

Skills & Knowledge

- Strong commercial and sales support skills
- High customer orientation
- Knowledge of the logistics and supply chain process
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Languages

- Spanish: Written and spoken (required)
- English: Written and spoken (required)
- High level of autonomy and accountability
- Practical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
