Job Description

Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cost Engineering Support professional to provide critical administrative, financial, and project controls support for large-scale capital projects. This role plays a key part in maintaining the integrity of project finances, contract administration, risk management, invoice processing,



and reporting activities, ensuring accurate and timely information is available for project teams and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will work closely with Cost Managers, Project Managers, contractors, vendors, and client representatives to support project delivery objectives through effective financial and administrative controls.
Key Responsibilities
Contracts & Change Management
Maintain and update tracking logs for contracts, funding allocations, Potential Change Orders (PCOs), and Change Orders (COs).
Initiate and coordinate approval workflows for contracts and project changes.
Perform budget and funding audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Identify and proactively resolve workflow bottlenecks affecting approval processes.
