In Chile, Drive the Future opportunities are available to candidates who graduated within the last 12 months. Participants may be hired for up to 18 months, starting with an initial 6 months contract that may be renewed, subject to performance and business needs.

We are currently recruiting talented individuals interested in banking and corporate finance to join our Drive the Future program at Global Corporate Bank ("GCB") in Chile. The DTF participant will report directly to GCB Chile bankers and will be based in our Santiago office.

The Integral Corporate Bank manages J.P. Morgan's banking relationships with large corporations, financial institutions and public sector organizations, helping clients meet their objectives in financing, risk management and treasury services.

Main responsibilities

- Support GCB bankers activities, including financial analysis; modeling and forecasting; and coordination with J.P. Morgan's product specialists (Derivatives, Debt Capital Markets, Payments, and Investment Banking, among others)
- Understand business dynamics of industries and sectors, analyzing financial requirements of corporations (e.g. optimal capital structure, acquisition financing, ratings sensitivity, liquidity investment opportunities) and how to mitigate associated risks
- Development of business plans and preparation of pitch books for existing and prospect clients, supporting the conversion of client analysis into concrete financial solutions




- Support GCB bankers in the discussions and approval processes for all products under scope
- Communicate with business partners to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor client activity and execution workstreams to support timely delivery.

Qualifications

- Interest in corporate finance and financial analysis
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Commercial mindset – able to communicate with internal and external clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows
- Ability to take ownership, work collaboratively, and deliver high-quality results
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills
