About the role

We are seeking a results-driven, highly analytical PPC Specialist to manage and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns. This role is built for a proactive executioner who thrives on managing paid media across multiple platforms (Google, LSAs).

US Digital Marketing Agency Experience Is a Strong Plus.

What you’ll be doing

- Manage, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts on Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

- Lead end-to-end technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies across multiple handling accounts to increase organic rankings and quality traffic.

- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance analytics and ROI regularly across all active accounts to inform strategy and client reporting.

- Produce and write high-converting ad copy, landing page copy,



and strategic content tailored specifically to American cultural nuances and grammar.

- Leverage Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Artificial Intelligence Optimization (AIO) principles to position search assets for modern AI answer engines.

- Continuously perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, keywords, and messaging to optimize performance metrics.

Who are we looking for?

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid media management.

- Deep tactical proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid ads platforms.

- Proven track record executing both on-page and off-page SEO strategies across client portfolios.

- In-depth understanding of AIO and GEO concepts for modern AI-driven search visibility.

- Excellent written English skills with a solid command of US grammar, culture, and tone.

- Strong analytical mindset capable of translating raw campaign data into actionable insights and reports.

- Experience working within a US Digital Marketing Agency environment is preferred.

- Highly reliable, consistent, and accountable.

Position: PPC Specialist

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: General

Working Hours: 40 hrs a week in US Mountain Time

Holidays: 2 weeks of PTO, 11 paid holidays (flexible)

Salary: USD 1400 - USD 1600 per month
