Experience 8+ years, including 3+ years in a consulting manager / lead role as Senior Consultant
Language Spanish (native) + English (C1 required)
Travel: Up to 40% - domestic and LatAm
Role Summary
As a Consulting Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of complex procurement transformation programs — leading a team of consultants, managing executive client relationships, and driving commercial growth. You will be accountable for project P&L; team development,
and practice-building activities including training, proposals, and thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Program delivery leadership: Own full delivery accountability for one or more concurrent procurement transformation programs. Define project scope, govern workstream execution, manage risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with measurable client outcomes (cost savings, process efficiency, adoption KPIs).
- Executive client management: Serve as primary relationship owner for C-suite and VP-level client stakeholders (CPO, CFO, COO). Drive steering committee meetings, executive briefings, and escalation resolution. Build trusted advisor relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
- Team leadership & development: Directly manage and coach a team of Senior Consultants / Consultants. Set performance expectations, conduct reviews, identify development needs, and build a high-performance delivery culture.
- Commercial growth: Identify and convert expansion opportunities within existing accounts. Lead proposal development, scope and fee negotiations, and contract renewals. Contribute to GEP's Chile and LatAm pipeline in partnership with the Practice Lead.
- PMO & quality governance: Define and enforce project governance standards across the Chile practice.
Review and sign off on key deliverables (operating model designs, business cases, implementation roadmaps). Ensure compliance with GEP global delivery methodology.
- Practice & capability building: Develop reusable assets, POVs, and sector-specific playbooks for the LatAm market. Represent GEP at industry events and procurement forums. Contribute to GEP integral knowledge networks in procurement technology, analytics, and supply chain resilience.

- Commercial skills: experience owning or co-leading proposal development, scope definition, and fee negotiations
- Executive stakeholder management: sustained relationships at CPO, CFO, or COO level across multiple client accounts
