Core Responsibilities

Design and execute the user activation strategy for Mercado Pago to grow the business through channels like Push, Email, and WhatsApp. Optimize campaign performance based on ROI and manage machine learning models to enhance user acquisition operations. Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement actions through audience segmentation, A/B testing, and journey automation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or in the final stages of studies in Engineering, Exact Sciences, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration. 5 years of experience in similar positions with a strong background in data analysis and indicators. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau/DataStudio

- SQL knowledge is a plus.
