inDrive is seeking a Driver Operations Specialist in Chile to manage our driver operations pipeline across markets. You will coordinate acquisition projects, work with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Market Efficiency, and help scale our local operations.
You will monitor KPIs such as Driver Acquisition Cost, supply hours, and retention, communicate findings to teams, and contribute to process improvements to drive consistency and impact.
