Advise on initiatives related to the design and implementation of organizational changes. Define governance models, organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities for investment projects. Ensure alignment with industry best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering. 15 to 20 years of specific experience in the field. Strong knowledge and mastery of project management and organization. Preferred postgraduate degree, certification, and/or experience in research and publications.
