Role Description The Worker role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Santiago Metropolitan Area. The Worker will follow established procedures, adhere to safety guidelines, and report issues or needs related to facilities, equipment, or public areas.

Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and operating simple tools and equipment.
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and attention to safety procedures in public and work environments.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and collaborate with supervisors and team members.
- Basic organizational skills to manage daily tasks, prioritize work, and report completed activities or incidents.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Santiago Metropolitan Area and adapt to varying outdoor and indoor conditions.
- Previous experience in public service, facilities maintenance, or similar roles is an advantage but not required.
- High school education or equivalent is preferred; additional vocational training related to maintenance or operations is beneficial.
