Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri)Environmental ConditionsOfficeJob DescriptionThe Industrial Ecosystem Lead South LATAM will be responsible for developing and accelerating growth across priority industrial segments.This role will drive direct customer engagement, develop strategic industrial accounts, and orchestrate cross-portfolio opportunities across Thermo Fisher Scientific divisions.The objective is to build pipeline, unlock underpenetrated markets, and position Thermo Fisher as a strategic partner within industrial ecosystems such as Food & Beverage, Mining, Cement and Safety & Security.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop Industrial Growth StrategyIdentify and activate new business opportunities across priority industrial segmentsDefine account development plans and prioritize high-potential opportunitiesMonitor industrial investment trends and major projects2. Drive Strategic Account DevelopmentBuild executive-level relationships within key industrial accountsOwn industrial opportunity pipeline and conversion trackingCoordinate internal resources to maximize share-of-wallet and cross-portfolio penetration3.
Lead Cross-Portfolio ExecutionDrive integrated customer value propositions across Thermo Fisher Scientific divisionsCoordinate direct and channel execution models depending on customer and opportunity profileCollaborate across divisions to accelerate industrial growth4. Expand Thermo Fisher Presence in Industrial EcosystemsPosition Thermo Fisher as a strategic partner within industrial ecosystemsExpand relationships through networking, industry engagement and customer developmentSupport pipeline generation and revenue growth within priority segmentsMinimum Qualifications (must have):Bachelor’s degreeMinimum 5 years of commercial experience with strong sales resultsProven hunting and pipeline generation capabilitiesStrong customer-facing presence and executive relationship-building skillsAbility to influence across matrix organizationsStrong negotiation, communication and business acumenExperience managing complex opportunities and strategic accountsWillingness to travel up to 50%Preferred Qualifications (nice to have):Experience of working in a integral setting and dealing with different culturesExperience in industrial, food & beverage, mining or applied marketsCross-functional / matrix experienceMBA or business education preferredSuccess in this role will be measured by:Pipeline generationNew account activationCross-portfolio opportunity developmentRevenue growth within priority industrial segments
