The role develops solutions aligned to customer outcomes, coordinates with delivery and sales teams, and resolves moderately complex service sales issues within their scope of responsibility. In this role, you will lead sales activities for our business, which cover a broad range of IT infrastructure solutions and technologies, from mission-critical operating system and virtualization environments, to advanced middleware, cloud, and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) propositions. You'll be responsible for managing sales, customer satisfaction, and partner engagement for a set of accounts within their assigned territory. At Red Hat,
