Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing or supervising construction projects.
- Fluent English (written and spoken), with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.




- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in project coordination and documentation.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with flexibility to work across different time zones and schedules.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in residential construction, particularly with wood framing.
- Familiarity with U.S. construction standards and codes.
- Knowledge of Passive House principles.
- Understanding of Lean Construction methodologies.
- Experience working with Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPs).
